We understand that YWCA associations employ a wide variety of different email platforms and vary in their structures and email policies. For email signatures, we recommend clarity and consistency with general YWCA branding, first and foremost.
Please follow general style guidelines wherever possible and limit any information not approved by association or national leadership.
To create your signature, open the HTML file below and copy and paste the content into Microsoft Word (or equivalent). From here you can replace the relevant information and set the social media links to your organizations. Once you are finished, copy the information and paste it into your signature area in your mail client.
